• Prime Wash is not liable for any garments not delivered due to lack of communication from the customer after 30 days.
• A R30 monthly storage fee applies for undelivered laundry.
• Laundry unclaimed for 3 months may be sold to recover handling and storage costs.
• Prime Wash is not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, or burglary, including during pickup, transit, or delivery.
• We are not liable for:
– Non-removal of stains
– Shrinkage, stretching, colour fading, or fabric thinning
– Fraying, pilling, or wear from prior use
– Damage to buttons, zips, hooks, beads, sequins, or trims
– Loss of underwires or delicate components
• We are not responsible for missing items that were not listed, unidentified, or placed inside pockets, bags, or containers at the time of collection.
• Prime Wash is not liable for any personal bags, packaging, or containers provided by customers for pickup.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
